When accessing my account, I get the following message "Your services are currently being restricted". When I click on "Reinstate my services", I then get this message "Your account is not currently blocked". I have spoken to the call centre once before and they said it would be fixed, but I'm still getting the same messages.

None of my services are currently restricted as my account is up to date. It is just access to my account that is the issue, e.g. if I want to look at Sky Mobile accessories, etc.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
