I have received the below email from Sky stating I have requested to cancel my account when I have not. The email states I need to get in touch by 3rd December 2023 to stop cancellation but wasn't emailed to me until 5th December 2023. When I called Sky they stated it's a scam email but the email address is the EXACT same as the ones I have had previous order confrimations and billing emails from that were not scams so this does not make sense.
Has anyone else had an issue with this as I am worried my phone will be cancelled and I'll lose my number?

There are lots of reasons to stay with Sky Mobile
Hello Kate,
We're sorry to hear that you're thinking of leaving. Dont forget, Sky Mobile gives you a smart way to manage your own data, whether it's changing your Mix or Rolling over data you haven't used, so you'll never go over your data plan.
If you'd like to chat about your options, simply gives us a call on 03442 414 141.
If we don't hear from you, you don't have to do anything else and your plan for mobile number 07********* will be cancelled on -3 December 2023. We'll sort out your final bill, refund any money we owe you and tell you about early termination charges (if applicable). Please wait until you pay your final bill before cancelling your payment method.
If you're moving to another provider and want to keep your number, please contact us to request a PAC. You'll need to do this as soon as possible and have up to 31 days after cancellation to do so.
We'll email you once your Sky Mobile account's been cancelled.

Did Sky confirm that your mobile subscription have not been cancelled?

Hi, I have had a similar email but it's says the 3 of January 2024 for me. I'm wondering if you made any changes to your plan or bill at all because this email only popped up when I changed my data plan.
