My account was suspended this morning due to the funds not being in the account at the required time.
I have since paid this maybe 1-1.5 hours ago and my broadband services have not returned. According to the Virtual Helper on the website my account is no longer suspended but my services are nowhere to be seen.
3 out of 4 lights are on the router with 1 being orange.
Have restarted this multiple times.

Unfortunately if your services have been restricted Sky won’t reinstate them until you’ve paid what (Sky believe) is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday isn’t likely to be processed until the following week as banks are closed.

Whilst that might be the case the payment you made has to be cleared by the banks before your services will be reinstated.
