Credit on account

Hi,

last month I switched bank and re set up direct debit for my sky tv and because direct debit didn't come out and the payment was overdue I made a manual payment and now my account is in credit for a month as direct debit came out a couple of days after.
With the credit in my account will the credit automatically be used to make payment for the next month or will I have to request a refund?
Thanks in advance

@Ryan1993 You can either leave the credit there for next months bill or we can escalate your post to the Sky staff here to request a refund, the choice is yours.

Re: Credit on account

So next month bill will be offset by the credit and the direct debit won't be taken? If that's the case I will leave leave the credit in there as payment doesn't come out till mid October.

thanks for you reply

@Ryan1993

That should be what happens.

@Elyan24

If your Sky Q was billed together with Sky Broadband any credit should go towards Sky Broadband payments. Do you have Sky Broadband?
