Services get blocked randomly multiple times per week

Multiple times per week my services get blocked and I have to re-enable them. There are no outstanding payments on my account and my bills are all up to date

Boroadband, and I have to go on the app and press the button that says 're-enable services'

Was your October 22nd bill paid, if it was and your payment details are correct sim up to date all you can do is to either call or use social media to contact Sky about this.

Yeah, I had a missed bill about 4 months ago which was caught up with and everything has been up to date since then
