Services Restricted

Can anyone help me? I'm looking at possibly adding an Apple Watch to my account but keep getting this message. I've done the online chat but get told my account is perfect ?? But every time I try this keeps coming up.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Did anyone find a fix for this? I was told it's an ongoing fault they are trying to fix. It's been over 12 months for since I was able to access / order phones? I want to browse offers and not order via a bot? Thanks

It all started after I had to have an engineer attend due a underground fibre cable in the street. Logging the call appears to have cause an issue with account. When I was on a chat about his a couple of months ago all they focused on was trying to order me a new phone and not fix the issue 😞

@caesarome is asking if your services are actually restricted (as opposed to what it'sshowing you online or via the app) for example, if you have Sky Broadband can ypu access the Internet ok, if you have Sky tv can you watch your normal channels, if you have Sky Mobile is it working normally? If thismuas been going on for months, I suspect your services are all working normally?

I can access all content services ok. My issue is when I try to browse phones and devises to order new or upgrade. I've had my account checked and all ok and no money owed (staff account) I was told it's a known fault they are working to fix but no idea when and has been going on a while? If you believe that?

I think you have been fobbed off by someone who hasn't a clue how to help as it isn't really a known fault so hopefully the messaging team can get you some help when they make contact.
