@cwatt it's sometimes reported here, but the escalation team should be able to sort it out for you. Just look out for the chat bubble, as @caesarome posted, and you'll be able to speak to Sky privately about it.

Thanks for assisting on sorting this out. They was a failed £3 payment for Paramount plus hiding in Marketplace from June 2026! Quickly sorted when you get through to the right people 😊
