Service restrictions

Trying to purchase a mobile phone and sim but says I have service restrictions to sort out - I have no restrictions and no outstanding balance

As you are just telling other customers here all we can suggest is that you call Sky about this.

@caesarome @I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue before I contact them as I don't want to wait I the phone for ages before I get through if it's something I can fix myself

Yes, a few threads on the matter but unfortunately there's no fix you can do yourself...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
