Money back for switching to sky
I've moved my broadband to sky from talk talk . Sky said they would pay my existing contract to get out of it. How do I claim this from sky?

See here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer
Note, you have to pay any early termination charges. If your application is accepted then a credit is added to your Sky account.

That isn't how this works so if they told you this they are wrong as you pay whatever you owe to Talk Talk then if you provide some with the relevant documents that will apply credit to your account.
Switching to Sky Broadband? - We’ll credit you up to £200*
Switching to Sky TV? - We’ll credit you up to £100*
Switching to Sky TV & Broadband? - We’ll credit you up to £300*
