Sent the wrong product

Was told yesterday I would be sent 2 TV hdmi dongles instead sent sky q box

You are talking to other customers here and not Sky support so are you saying you were sent a Sky Q box that you didn't want or even order ?

What do you mean by a TV HDMI dongle? Sky doesn't run from a TV dongle.

Current Sky television hardware is the main Q box with one or more Q Mini boxes, or Sky Stream 'pucks' (the systems cannot be mixed).  There's also the Sky Glass television set, but no Sky 'TV hdmi dongles'

If you were offered a significantly improved price (say £15 a month, or £25 - £30 for subscription television on multiple screens) then I suppose it's possible you've inadvertently accepted Sky Stream rather than Sky Q, because the budget 'Essential TV' isn't available on Q.
