Direct debit

I paid my remaining phone bill in full on the 18/6/25 but a direct debit for the bill came out 19/6/25. Is it possible to get a refund on this as I already paid it?

As you have a direct debit setup then you do not need to make any manual payments so for the one you did do you know see a credit on your account as it is this that can be refunded and help of which can be arranged for you via here if you can confirm if the credit is there ?
