Sent my equipment weeks ago but still receiveing messages to return
Iv sent my equipment back weeks ago but I keep receiving text saying I need to return it or I will be charged. I have a photo of the postage receipt to prove it was sent.

@Megan1111111 You will need to contact Sky directly with your proof of postage (please don't post an image on here as sky doesn't allow them on the forum
we could normally escalate this for you but the service is unavailable for the foreseeable future
These are the current methods for contacting Sky…
▪️call by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile.
Calls to Sky will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.
