Scam phone calls from Sky Network.

I keep getting phone  calls from some one with an asian accent , purporting to be from Sky Network .

They want to offer a sizeable discount on our annual Sky account and would like my email address to authenticate who I am .   I refused to give them that detail , saying that Sky already have my email address , they then reply that there will be no discount till I give them my email address .

I assume this is a scam .

One of a few currently doing the rounds. They wouldn't need your email address. They would ask you for your telephone password. It's worth giving an incorrect one. If it's a genuine call Sky will know it's not correct.

I am so sick of these calls. I now challenge them when they say they're from 'Sky Network', even telling them to get rid of my number, but still they try. I've blocked all the numbers they've called on, but their supply of different ones seems to be endless.

In short you can't stop them.  They use rotating numbers so blocking it pointless...
