Samantha dobie

I had cancelled my sky streaming and why am i still getting billed for it it is stoppong me for doing anything on my app i do not want the sky streaming box back on atall

What do future bills show?

 

Billing continues through a notice period and as bills are generated 3 days prior to a payment date for Stream  it's not unusual that another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you.

It's saying I've to pay 28pound  then it will get restored but I don't want to restore it again

When and how did you cancel and did you get an email confirmation through for the cancellation?

I cancelled it last year and it was well before the date it was due to get paid it was between the end of October the beginning of November last year

Are you saying you have been billed every month since you cancelled last year or they just want to bill you for this one and haven't any of the previous ones ?

And when you did cancel there was no outstanding amount left to pay on the account, if not you will have to find away to contact them about this so either phone or one of the social media links that are at the bottom of this page.

I didn't know there was a. Outstanding balance because they didn't say when I cancelled it

I'm not saying there was, as this is something you would need to look into because if there was it might explain this sudden payment.
