How can you get Sky to reply . I have proof of cancelling all my sky but still money taken from my bank account. This service is beyond a joke no one calls back and you get cut off .

Billing continues throughout the notice period if that's what you're referring to. Also, bills are generated 14 days before the payment date. Any overpayment will be reimbursed within about 6 weeks. This is a customer helps customer community so Sky won't contact you as a result of your post on here.
