SKYID problem

Hello, I am writing to you with such a problem because I have an account on your website on which I have the most important services connected, including landline internet and an iPad subscription ,but when I bought the phone I used the wrong email on which this subscription is assigned and I do not have an activated sim card because I did not need it and I would like the subscription for this phone to be connected to my main skyid, but when I try to remind the password/login at my old/wrong mail a message pops up that there is no account at this address and how can i add this new subscription to my skyid?

You will need to call Sky and speak to their ID team for help with this,
