SKY Website is not accepting request for Home move

Hi, team, I am moving with sky within the same city and I still have more than 15days time to move.  The issue is once completing the new address and the other details , when I am submitting the button then it is coming as a blank page and there is a no sign of completing the request and an error msg coming up. 

Anyone facing this recently while moving the home and what are the options to submit the request. thanks

Give Sky a call and an agent should be able to place the Home Move for you.,
