Order not showing

Ordered a new tablet yesterday. Took my upfront payment of £6 and I filled in the direct debit details. I've received a document for the data plan within the app but when I go to My Orders there's nothing there, nothing to track and I've received no emails from Sky acknowledging my order.

 

It definitely all went through so was wondering if anyone had any suggestions before I actually ring Sky
