I am trying and failing to change my payment method from Card to Direct Debit for my Sky Stream product.
I have tried online and in the app but all attempts end in ..
Sorry, something has gone wrong
I have been through 2 billing cycles which, from reading other discussions here, I believe is one of the necessary criteria.
Can anyone offer any advice? All help gratefully welcomed.
