SKY SPORTS

With the mid contract price increase i'm now paying £31 for sky sports , offers for new customers are £20. my SKY Q Contract expires in november.Phoned today but unable to get a reduction. Will be paying 50% more, how can this be justified. Can accept that sky will offer lower prices to entice new customers but not 50% more. Sky please advise, thanks.

Sky won't respond to your post. This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. Your discounts end in November not your contract which doesn't end until you cancel. You agreed to that price 18 or 24 months ago so were happy enough with the price at that time. If you change providers in November you'll get their new customer benefits but 18/24 months later you'll be in the same position.
