SKY PENDING PAYMENT

sky said could pay late cause have money trouble  said pay when pip was in 22 of this month  they have just took all my money from account not even direct debt way them i payed way card they have took the money for bank account

They shouldn't have told you that because that isn't the process I'm afraid as Sky does not let people pay last no matter what their circumstances are.

i dont pay direct debt  never have i pay from card evey month they have went in my account took it way out asking

Sky don't do payment holidays for their subscription services. Payment holidays only apply to devices you are paying off under a credit agreement like a mobile phone or a Glass TV.

 

The T&Cs do state that Sky can request payment via any payment details they hold on record for you whether that is card details or a direct debit.

 Glass TV is what i have mate so mad no right taking it out of my account i pay on visa evey month

Ok - so if Sky agreed to a payment holiday on the Sky Glass then you should still expect them to take a payment every month it would just be your typical monthly payment minus the Sky Glass credit repayment that they take.

 

Also did you get any written confirmation from Sky that a payment holiday had been agreed and setup on your account for you?
