We have recently moved to the UK from the US. I would like to sign up for Sky TV but the online form requires a previous address in the UK so I am not sure how to proceed. There appears to be no way to actually get help from Sky and the chatbot is worthless.

Under “Need more help” might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

When calling Sky and the bot asks you anything try saying nothing and staying on the line as this might then get you through to someone.
