Credit refund
Please can someone contact me to credit me via my original payment method. I cancelled sky and am now in credit. Thanks

No one will contact you. In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
Refunds normally take about six weeks from the last day of connection but posts on here suggest it's taking longer.
We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.
At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. When calling saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

£32.99 was taken out on the 13th August and £77.65 was taken out on the 21st August . Can you refund me this please from my account with EE otherwise I will have to cancel my account with you guys. Looking forward to your reply.

We are customers here so you are not talking to Sky.
Have you left Sky and gone to EE as it isn't clear from your post where EE fits in to your issue ?
