A mobile phone contract has been opened in my name and I don't know how to resolve this

@RemiArteniSorry you have gone through this but Sky does have an article up on their site about issues like this:

Also have a read here under the "What to do if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission" section as at the very least you should change your online password:
