Right to erasure

I wish to submit a right to erasure and right to be forgotten request. I wish my details to be removed from all Sky systems, inlcuding but not limited to all historical account data, removal of marketing consent, and anywhere my personal data is stored but i have not consented to and is no longer required to be held under data retention policies. Please reach out for any proof of identity which may be required to fulfil my request.

I would also like to note, that the ICO state requesting any rights under GDPR should be clear and easily accessible and i dont believe this to be the case for Sky. While the privacy notice is accessible, the process to allow a rights request to be made is extremely difficult as all links take you to 'helpful info' or require you to create an account for the purpose of making contact which contradicts the point of making a right to erasure request.

Thanks,

Kaylee

Re: Right to erasure

Perhaps a more helpful comment would be to help direct where I should post this given there's no clear guidance?
