Rewards are not appropriate

I don't have Sky Sports  or Sky Kids in my package yet my  VIP Rewards are always sports and kids related. Methinks Sky need a new Marketing Director LOL

The vast majority of customers tend to have Sky mainly to get sport, and most also have children, therefore the skew towards these as 'rewards' does kind of make sense.

The VIP thing is just a marketing gimmick, every customer is labelled as a VIP. If, like me, you neither like sport and don't have kids, then it's very easy to ignore such 'rewards'.

That could be because VIP is targeted something you don't have in the hope you will add these packages to your account.

The 'free' Cinema tickets seem to be reasonably popular, at least for those who live within reach of a bricks and mortar venue.
