Quality of customer service.

 

The English language is full of words that will describe this company, but It could be take down from this website.

After 11 years with Sky, I am unable to deal with customer service drama anymore.

My last contact renewal went so wrong that I was not even aware it was possible. The customer service quality is so low that it is beyond description in words I know that are not offensive.

 

I truly believe this company is finished; there is absolutely no chance to rebuild the reputation and trust of any customers that ever experienced Sky customer service.

There is no price that I can accept to be a Sky customer once again.

 

What went wrong sky ?
