Returns

I am returning my equipment today however can only give back my booster it appears my new internet company removed the sky box and took it with them, I was unaware that I needed to give you these back hence why I did not question this at the time. 

please can someone help me with this situation

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Unfortunately Sky will charge you for the non return. They were only loaned to you.
