We have entered new contract
An we keep have e.mail an letters asking for sky q box back why when I've rang about this

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Did you discuss cancellation with the agent? Have you kept the exact same package you had before? Have you kept Multiscreen for example?
