Returns

I have returned all my sky equipment and they have the post office barcode numbers however I am still getting requests to return the equipment.

if I call about returns I get cut off and sent a link about returns.

any idea how to resolve this?

@Sky+Customer+LD  Do you have any copies of the barcode receipts or other proof of postage because the onus is on the customer to prove that the items have been returned

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
