Returns issue

I am showing as not returning a Hub to sky and being told I face a charge for this.

The hub was collected by Royal Mail on the 27th Sept and Tracking shows it was delivered on the 29th Sept.

Return completed I thought now receiving text messages stating do not forget to return your equipment to avoid charge.

I contacted Sky and they took tracking number and return details and said they will escalate this and call us to update 2 days ago.

No phone call and equipment still showing as not returned.

Now after reading similar posts on community it's worrying that equipment charges are still being charged and I do not want this to happen can someone from sky please look into this and update the process.

Really frustrating having to chase returns for sky once the customer has completed the process it should be sky chasing Royal Mail and not threatening the customer with charges.
