Sky customer service absolute disgrace

Just a little back story into my recent experience. 6 weeks and dozens of phone calls in a summery 

- broadband goes up from £25 by almost double price 

- call to ask if anything can be done despite being platinum VIP customer thats the price

- I leave to join vodaphone for £25 and have all the hassle or changing and setting up devices etc 

- Sky send come back email for £21 a month 

- I call Sky and advised comeback you wont get any early termination charges and if you do we pay them. 
- I get £163 early termination charges call sky over 20 times told by 6 different people they will listen to call and call back. Nobody calls back for 4 weeks despite me chasing daily. Eventually called back after weeks of lies. Told "Its Vodafones fault take it up with them" 

if this is the Platinum VIP treatment feel sorry for anyone who is a bronze customer. Think I will cancel all servcies and give £120 a month to someone else......
