Account security question neve been set up

I can't cansel broadband installation and order because [removed] asking s security questions i have never set-up up???? I gave him my bank card 4 digits number but it didn't work??? Asking mothers middle name, and said no correct??? But I never done this questionnaire??? What a hell customer service?????

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

The additional question was probably your mothers maiden name not her middle name. The agents have to be certain they are talking to the account holder especially for cancellations. 

 

Call Sky again when the lines reopen and when prompted for the telephone password say "forgotten it" or similar.
