Failing to change payment method for sky broadband

I need to change my debit card used to pay for sky broadband, but in the app and the website it fails.

When clicking "Bills & Payments" I get an error. I tried for several days, and from several different browsers, even from 3 different computers.

What can I do?

I get 'Apologies - we're currently updating our systems, Please come back later'.

 

Try clearing your cookies/cache and/or a different browser (oh, and a bit later)

Can you leave it to later as Sky are currently having issues with their website which they are looking into which is why you are seeing this error message.
