Returning to sky and my old address has been picked up how can i change this

So switching back to sky after several years away and my old address has been picked up how do I change this do I need to call customer services ...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Don't log in to any existing SkyID. Just sign up as a new customer (which is what you are).

Just make sure you either use a different email address or you login and remove it from your old account first.
