False misleading and untruthful e mail

So recently i left sky as it was getting expensive.

have received plenty of e mails about the usual offers but nothing that would change my mind.

So today i receive an e mail - Sky Essentials for £11 -an online exclusive offer.

So this intrested me but when i clicked on the link, it was saying £15.

So i followed on the process to see if the price would default to the £11, but nothing changed.

This is no different to a scam of misleading people to think they are going to get something but not comes to lighy.

Shame on you SKY for your dishonesty and lack of care towards customers

Hi @gary+in+a+bad+mood

You are telling other customers. However like anything automatic systems can sometimes get things wrong. If you call Sky they can verify you have had the email and offer and will usually match it.

If you feel sky have treated you unfairly you can follow their complaints process: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint-t2
