Returning equipment

Have been asked to return equipment, letter says sky q hub is this the sky box or the broadband router? Cardboard box has slot for remote.

The Sky Q Hub is your broadband router (but if you've cancelled Sky Q TV you'll be asked to return your Sky Q set top boxes too).

@Mark39 @Thanks  for your reply. So will they send out a second box as it all won't fit in the one they sent?

They should do, towards the end of your 31 days notice period, but if they don't, chase them up. Or you can use your own packaging if you wish.
