Yep, tried that. Logged in with new details same as on laptop but says subscription doesn't allow me to watch this programme.
I have sky sports package and as I said it works on my laptop now where it wasn't before

So I tried it through the sky go app itself rather than the sky sports app which I used to do.
It's all now working. Thanks to both of you guys for the help here!
