Returning a sky Q mini box

Hello i left sky, it says i need to return a sky Q mini box but i never had one in the first place

Have Sky requested the return of the main Sky Q box? Packaging will be sent out near the end of the 31 day notice period for any equipment Sky will be expecting back.

If you have been sent an email regarding returning the equipment then it lists everything that Sky would want returned so it doesn't mean that you would actually have it as in the case with this mini box.
