Returned mobile. Still being charged

I took out a mobile phone contract in April. I didn't like phone so upgraded.  I sent original phone back using a pre paid label from sky. In June I managed to contact someone as I was still being charged for returned phone.  I was credited for overpayment but I'm still being charged. Can anyone help please. Chat bot is useless and can't get in contact by phone
