I cannot view my broadband bill and cannot link skyID

I have had a sky mobile account for years, have had broadband added to my account but I can't view my broadband bills

When I click view bill it tells me its restricted - when I try and link my sky ID it comes up with 'an error has occured' - have been trying this for a while.  I need to change the direct debit details but can't access the payment info on the broadband account.

Both your mobile and broadband accounts should be linked to the same ID so as you can't do this yourself you will either have to call Sky on 150 or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to contact Sky about this.
