My bill
My bill is wrong I've not had sky tv for 6,day when I phoned sky I was told i would have £90- off of my next bill the service is terrible the time before it was not working for .2 weeks and I was paying for a service I didn't have if this doesn't get resolved I will cancel my package

@Irene077 in what way is your bill wrong?
What has been the problem with your Sky box for the last 6 days?
31 days notice required to cancel.
You can't cancel if you're in contract unless Sky agrees.

It seems unlikely that a refund for loss of service would be more than the service cost.
Note that unilateral 'cancellation' is very unwise because it won't be accepted by Sky and consequently debt will accumulate.

How is your bill wrong and does your next bill show this £90 off ?
