Returned equipment

Hi all, I returned sky equipment all in the same packaging. Keep getting messages saying they are still waiting for the sky hub which was in the same package as the other equipment. This was received 8 th of October ( says this on my account) Unfortunately I mistaking chucked the receipt. How can they say the hub hasn't been received but say the other stuff was when it was in the same bag? I ain't being charged for something they have got back!

Hi @Stewartrovers   It is no good telling us, you need to contact Sky. Without the proof you are in their hands but the chances are good that they will believe you and cancel the charge.

The returns are dealt with by Unipart on behalf of Sky and they are apparently taking a number of weeks to process these at their warehouse.
