Returned equipment

I received an email saying I was going to be charged €62 as I didn't return the sky broadband hub but the packaging would only allow me to return my steaming tv box and remote, no room for broadband hub, can they charge me?

The chances are you will be charged however it can be refunded once you do send it back and that any proof of posting you get clearly shows that you have done this.
