I returned both my Sky tv and broadband equipment but have received a notice that I'm about to be charged. I did these weeks ago so no longer have proof of postage. I've done everything that's been asked but still being charged which feels incredibly unfair. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and this is causing me a huge amount of stress.
