Bill payment

I pay my bill manually on the 18th of each month and have done since November 2024 and its never been a problem but today £124 has come out of my account. I need this money back ASAP as its the only money I have till the 18th

You might have been paying your manually but there is really no need to be doing this as Sky will always take it automatically from you so if you now see a credit on your account then give Sky a call as they can then refund it back to you.
