Returned equipment but getting reminders email/text

Hi

I have returned Sky equipment but getting constant reminders/emails to return equipment.  I have postage proof and email from Sky to say thank you for returning the email. How can I confirm that they have received the equipment.

Hi @Nina29   Isn't carrier tracking available? They are very slow updating their systems, so constant reminders after the fact is not usual.
