Credit refund

I switched broadband to a new provider on August 22nd. I have £52.26 credit in my Sky account, which has still not been refunded to my bank account. 

Payment details still valid.

Unable to get any joy from the chatbot or get connected to an agent.

You will have to call Sky or perhaps use the social media links at the bottom of the page to get in touch with thyem about this, when calling try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
