Hello and thank you for reading!
I returned my Sky boxes via Royal Mail who collected the package 28th November 2023.
I did this with the online help via the Sky website.
However the tracking number shows the package is still with Royal Mail as 'item received'.
I have already had the sum of £205.00 taken from my bank account and would like help in what I should do next?

Find out moreAs you have done your bit by sending it off to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
