Returned Sky Q box

I returned Sky Q box on 10 th April n tracking system showing it has been delivered to NCD hub on 14 th April ..I had email to ask for return equipment otherwise I will b charged with £117 ..I am panicked coz this email I had twice .how to show proof of delivery to sky ..lately I'm not happy with sky services .

I am having the same problem, sent equipment back in Feb, have Royal Mail number but each month getting texts to say, I havent returned, each month calling to talk to someone who says it is a mistake they willl amke a note and I will not be charged, then it happens again with the bill next month having the charge on there. Sky needs to sort this, I dont jhave time to call Sky constantly and go throught the same coversation again and again! Seems lije a way for Sky to get more money off their customers!

Having same problem, seems to be a way for SKy to try to get more money from customers! I call htem constantly and they say ok Ill ensure taken off accountand thena few weeks later same again! I sent the quipment back in Feb!

Same question as above @Disgruntled10 , have you got the receipt from when you returned it or the thanks email from Sky ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

@Zubeida  You other post you added to another thread regading the same issue has been removed to prevent duplication of replies and escalation.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
